Prediction

In reading I been have learning how to predict. I use my prior knowledge and clues fro the picture or text to predict. I had to use my prior knowledge about being alone in the forest and clues from the picture to predict what  would happen next.

Tyler's Camping Trip Prediction

For 2 days I had to predict what was going. in the story.

Tyler predict

• Describe the scene. How does the picture make you feel?
• Huge monster is looking at the boy Happy.  
• Do you think the boy knows what lurks beneath the surface?
• No because he is looking at the tree.
• What do you think he can see/hear?
• Nothing growling .
• What is the crocodile’s character like?
• Greedy and hungry.
• What will happen next? Continue the story.
• The boy will die.
• If you could jump into the picture, what would you do? Would you help the boy? How?
• I would say hey kid keep on fishing.
